Community of Hope Church elected Jim Rives (CEO of ExLI) as the Chairman of the Board and Project Manager for the development of their new campus in Maricopa.

Jim Rives (CEO of Executive Leadership Institute LLC) was elected to serve on the board for Maricopa Economic Development Alllance.  MEDA's purpose is to foster economic development through grants and development of projects for the local economy.

Experanza Maricopa Inc formed a non-profit organization to serve the children, youth and their families of Maricopa.  The Board elected Jim Rives (CEO of Executive Leadership Institute LLC) as the Executive Director.

The Arizona Youth Involvement Network (AYIN) are credit union professionals up to age 35 and are the future leaders of the credit union movement.

AYIN Meets:  On Thursday, the AYIN held their third event this year and was hosted by Arizona State Credit Union.  Their summer luncheon was a leadership development session lead by Jim Rives, President/CEO of the Executive Leadership Institute.  The session focused on leadership principals specific to credit union staff under the age of 35.  Feedback from the event has been extremely positive.  The event was well attended with more than 35 young credit union professionals from AEA FCU, ACUL, Alhambra CU, AZ Central CU, AZ Federal, AZ State CU, Desert Schools FCU, First CU, and Truwest CU.

Arizona State Credit Union selects Executive Leadership Institute LLC for their CEO and Executive team to conduct a Leadership Mirror process (360) during the Spring of 2010.  

 

Nov 2009

The City of Maricopa was awarded a Grant from the USDA to offer two ten week sessions for Entrepreneur Training Program.  Executive Leadership Institute LLC won the bid and began offering the first of the ten week session in November 2009.  Local press as well as Channel 12 from Phoenix have reported very positive impact of the program.

Leading Edge Christian Academy (Charter School) retained Executive Leadership Institute LLC to be the on site Project Manager for facilities development, marketing and focal point for potential employees and students.

Cardinal Health selects Executive Leadership Institute LLC to conduct a Team Development workshop for supervisors. 

 

Jan 2010

Maricopa Unified School District Political Action Committee formed and Jim Rives selected as Chair.  The group is actively campaigning for the bond override in the March 2010 special election in Maricopa, AZ. 

 

Jan 2010

City of Maricopa Economic Development Manager selects Jim Rives along with two other local business leaders to conduct a Business Expansion Survey of business in Maricopa.  The purpose is to find what local businesses need to survive, thrive and succeed in Maricopa in the current economy.
