  • Incorporate behavioral, education, values, culture, goals, education and other key areas of background and beliefs directly related to successful performance in the role
  • Produce a written Candidate Presentation Packet provided for all potential internal and external candidates
  • The Candidate Presentation Packet for each candidate will compare the candidate's detailed profile to the desired Executive Peak Performance
  • Facilitate the interviewing process to ensure all areas necessary for consideration are thoroughly part of the process
  • Conduct background and reference checks
